Home Support

Our Home Support Service provides both social and practical assistance for anyone. We strive to foster a positive outlook on aging and to empower individuals to maintain their dignity and independence in their own homes for as long as they can. Serving East Devon, Mid Devon & Exeter we are dedicated to supporting residents in the area for now and the future. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of all individuals, helping to enrich their lives and make each day more enjoyable.

Our Home Support Service provides both social and practical support aimed at helping people to live independently and enjoy a fulfilling life.

We Offer:

Domestic Assistance: Our team provides help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
Home Companion Services and Respite: Our home companions deliver personalised support packages, enabling older adults to live safely at home while giving their caregivers a much-needed break.
Handy-Person Services: We assist with routine household maintenance, including small repairs, safety enhancements, and home security tasks.
Befriending Services: Our DBS-checked volunteers regularly visit older individuals in their homes to offer companionship and support.

Cleaning

Whether it's a one-time deep clean or regular maintenance, our professional team delivers sparkling results every time.

Cooking & Freezer Filling

Whether you dislike cooking or need some meals in the freezer ready for emergencies, we can help!

Gardening

Some regular maintenance, a one-off clearance or perhaps ongoing help due to mobility, we can cover it all.

Laundry

Clean, fragrant, and freshOne-off catchups or weekly loads..We can arrange this in-house or offsite, small loads and large and can even organise your dry cleaning!

Social Enablement

At In a pickle Services, we firmly believe that the fun does NOT have to stop as you get older but we appreciate it CAN get harder.

Computer & Device Help

Need help learning to use our specific Device? Or perhaps doing a task on there? Give us a shout and we can show you!

Cinema Club

Want to go to the cinema but don't want to go alone or can't get there easily? Join our Cinema Club and we'll come with you!

Light DIY

We're no experts but we can whip together an IKEA furniture package, change. a lightbulb or mend a door off its hinges for you!
